Halloween cuties and Reese is 4 months!

We have had alot of fun this year!  It is always fun dressing up Ryne and this year was double the fun with Reese!  We snapped a couple of pictures before church of the girls in their Halloween-ish attire!  :)

Ryne wanted the pups in a pictures!  Our 4 girls!

Getting so so big!

Ryne is such a good big sis!

This was Ryne's original costume - Rapunzel.  However, the costume bothered her so we had to go back to the store and pick through the very few left!  Luckily we found another princess that she was excited about!  That one will be posted later though.
Cute little Rapunzel!

The girls got some cute Halloween buckets (courtesy of Amanda!), so we had to take their pictures with them!

Notice how Reese is arching her back and flailing her arms...she does that any time wind blows in her face!  It was really windy so we didn't stay outside long!

I can't believe my baby girl is 4 months old!!!  She is growing up entirely too fast!  She is weighing in at 15 pounds and is 24 inches long.  Her doctor said she is perfect!  She had to get a couple shots and, I kid you not, only cried for maybe 5 seconds.  She is a tough little girl!  She is still sleeping through the night (about 12 hours) and waking up around 8 or 8:30.  She has done that since about 2 months and it still amazes me!  She is "talking" and squealing all the time and I love it!  She is so so happy and so so sweet!  I think she gets about 1000 kisses a day.  She has started being ticklish and will just laugh and laugh when it find her ticklish spots.  She has also really figured out how to splash and soaks me about every bath!  lol!

Reese Finley - you are so precious.  We absolutely adore you!  I love watching you grow and learn new things...but at the same time I want you to stay my little baby forever!  The way you smile makes the recipient feel like they are the most important person in the world.  I love you baby girl!

The weeks fly by so fast!

Our weeks fly by...I mean FLY by!  It makes me a little sad how fast they go because that just means that my girls are growing up too fast!  Like my almost 4 year old (!) looking at the jewelry at Sam's one day made me realize how soon she will be looking for prom jewelry, senior rings, and one day wedding rings.  It truly does go by too fast.

I like this MUCH better!
Poor Ryne took a hard fall on Monday.  We were going out to check the mail.  Ryne was running (because you know everything is a race to her!) and busted it!  She ended up skinning both knees, her hands, and taking a chunk off the tip of one big toe and another chunk off the other big toe below the nail.  Ouch!! I had Reese in my arms and it was interesting getting her picked up off the sidewalk and carrying them both inside.  After she was all bandaged up I set her up in the recliner and she stayed there until bedtime!  I don't think she has ever sat that long!
She even got to eat her dinner there so she thought she was BIG stuff!
Today we went to CEC after KDO.  Ryne asked if we could go and I though why not.  It was a yucky and rainy day so that was the perfect place to play.  There were only a few other kids there.  We had alot of fun playing games and won a whopping 26 tickets!  :)
Reese's first trip to CEC!  :)

Love this little cowgirl!

They had Fall parties at KDO and did facepainting.  Ryne loved her rainbow and was super bummed to have to wash it off during bath tonight!

I could just eat her up!

She was saying "look mommy, there are speakers in the back".  Daddy will be so proud!  :)

Seriously, so precious!

She had to talk to CEC a couple of times!  :)
It was a fun afternoon!  We have a fun weekend planned too.  We have several projects that we need to finish up as well...so we'll be busy!

Last weekend...

We started the weekend off with a trip to Fun City Pizza.  We met our neighbors there for some pizza and fun!  Ryne and Olivia had a blast playing games and the babies just hung out.  It won't be long before they are running around too!  (Insert sad sad face!)

After we left there we headed home because Pops and GranJan were coming in for the weekend.  We visited Friday afternoon and then that night they watched Ryne so we could have a date night.  So we picked up McD's on the way to the movie theater...hot date right?!  lol!  We saw Moneyball, it was a great movie!  Reese only fell asleep for about the last 30 minutes, but she did awesome.  She just hung out in her carseat and smiled so sweetly at everyone.  :)  I know we are pushing it taking her everywhere with us, but she is just SO easy and good!

The next morning we got up and headed to Ft. Smith to ride the train.  We rode to Winslow and back.  Ryne really enjoyed the trip and did great until about the last 30 minutes.  She was ready to get off by then and it was a bit of a struggle to keep her in a seat!  It was a really pretty ride though and I think we all enjoyed it.
Waiting on the train...Reese did not like the loud whistle!

excited girl!

One of the few pictures of the 4 of us!

Posing it up!

All Aboard!

I love Ryne's little waves!  :)

Some parts of the trip were pretty high!

yep, Reese slept almost the whole trip!

Iphone pic...it looks like she's giving a thumbs up!
That night I went to a movie with some girl friends.  We went to see Footloose...LOVED it!  I personally liked it better than the original, but that's just me.  It was pretty much exactly like the first one.  Even the same exact lines in some scenes.  BTW - can Julianne Hough be any more beautiful?!  I mean seriously.gorgeous.

Sunday was a pretty lazy day.  Pops and GranJan had to leave around 1.  The only thing we did was grocery shop...fun fun!  It was a great weekend though!  Our next few weekends are going to be busy, but fun!  :)

4th Annual Pumpkin Patch Trip

We have gone to the PP every year since our kiddos were around 1.  All of our kids have birthdays from September - January so some were one and some were about to be one.  It started out with 7 kids and has grown with the addition of little brothers and sisters.  We were missing the Blacks and Sanders this year, so our group wasn't complete.  Hopefully we can get ALL the kiddos together soon though!

The kids had so much fun running around the PP.  We went Thursday afternoon and were pretty much the only people there so the kids had free reign.  That made it really nice!

This was taken as we were walking in.  She didn't have the official PP shirt on yet!  :)

Ella and Ryne trying to find the perfect pumpkin!

Ryne and Will climbing on the hay maze!

Oh the fun of a corn pit!

Sweet Sophia!

The most precious blue-eyed girl!

Going on a hayride!

The mommies!

Group shot - Hudson, Max, Will, Sophie (Max's sister), Ryne, Ella, Anna Claire (Ella's sister), and Holden (Hudson's brother).  I chose not to let Ryne hold Reese on the picnic table!  :)

staying safe in her stroller!  :)

Love my girls!
We had such a great time visiting with some friends that we do not get to see very often anymore.  :(  After the PP we headed to dinner with the Blacks.  Senor Tequila...yum!!!  It was great to see them and visit for awhile.  Hopefully it won't be too long until our next visit!

Little cuties!
We hit the road for home after dinner and Ryne was asleep in no time.  She was worn smooth out!  It was a really fun day!
