The girls were so excited about our trip to GWL, but first we wanted to visit with Nanny! :) We picked up lunch on the way and enjoyed getting to eat lunch with her, Jan, and Ken and visit some. Reese kept sneaking off and we caught her having a blast trying on some of Nanny's shoes! Little stinker loves playing dress-up!
Next stop was GWL…they were ready to get in the water!
We checked in and then checked out our room. They were digging the bunk beds!
Ryne decided to do a little reading while we were getting ready...

After a couple selfie attempts, it was time to go!
They were in heaven!!! They stayed together for a little while and then Ryne was ready for the big kid stuff!
We could not get Reese to go down the slide but she thought about it hard and went up to the top about 20 times! lol!

Reese fell in and didn't care for that too much so she quickly headed back to stuff that was more her speed! While I was hanging out with Reese, Ryne and Daddy were doing the big slides!
We decided to enjoy some hot tub time…it was a bit chilly in there!

Then we all met back up for some family fun...
Then we were all ready for dinner so we ordered pizza and headed to the room for showers.
after filling our tummies it was time for a little Quest fun...
I think we walked like 50 flights of stairs! lol! We would go up one, then down two, then up 3, then down 1…you get the idea. It was so much fun though!
We quested away until after 10 and then called it a night.
The next morning Ryne and I got up early to quest some more AND set up Daddy's birthday surprise...

Then we were all ready to head back to the water...
and then this happened...
Yay Reese!!! She finally got up the nerve to do it and LOVED it!!
Ryne went to the medium size slides for awhile...
while Reese splashed around...
then Daddy talked them into this...

Then we took turns with Ryne on the BIG slides…her favorites!

All that worked up an appetite so we got lunch and ended with this monster dessert!
and all too soon it was time to get cleaned up and head home. We had such a fun little getaway! I love making memories with my loves!
